Each piece of our jewelry is designed and handcrafted in our California Studio and we strive to assure all orders meet our customers satisfaction. Your order will ship within five business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number.  Please retain this information until you receive your order.

We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the US. Additionally, customers may choose overnight or 2-Day services at their discretion. Costs associated with these services will be determined when your order is placed.

We also accept International orders.  The costs to ship international orders will vary according to the destination and may be subject to additional fees such as taxes and import duties that are levied according the rules of the destination country.

All of our orders are shipped with tracking services.  You may also choose the following additional services to ensure safe delivery of your purchase. Please note, these services may incur additional fees from the carrier provider.

  • Additional package insurance

In instances of lost packages, Arts Boheme will utilize tracking to determine if the package was delivered to the proper address.  If the carrier provider has delivered the package to the proper address, the following steps may be taken by the customer.

  • Check with neighbors

  • File a claim with the carrier provider

Unfortunately instances rise where packages are taken by other than their intended owners once delivered.  We are unfortunately unable to replace product under these circumstances. We encourage customers to request delivery to an address that will hold the package for pick-up such as a FedEx or UPS store. You may also choose to have the package delivered to an address where someone is available to receive it. The additional services of signature required and additional insurance will also help to insure your package arrives securely to you.

Should your package arrive in a damaged condition, keep the original damaged packaging and notify the carrier provider of the situation.  You will be required to file a claim. Please also notify us at customerservice@artsboheme.com.
